Cancellation Policy

Welcome to IN & OUT CARE, a brand of Insight Medicare LLP. We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Before Order Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request cancellation, customers should contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • After Order Dispatch
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible return and refund requests after delivery.

2. Cancellation by IN & OUT CARE

IN & OUT CARE reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues.
  • Errors in pricing, product description, or website information.
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Payment authorization failure.
  • Regulatory or legal restrictions.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

For UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Wallet transactions, refunds will be credited to the same payment source used during the purchase.

4. Modification of Orders

Customers wishing to modify order details such as shipping address, contact information, or product quantity should contact customer support immediately after placing the order.

Modification requests are subject to order processing status and may not be possible once the order has entered the dispatch stage.
