Refunds & Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge before it leaves our warehouse. Contact support immediately to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After Dispatch: Cancellations cannot be accepted once shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy below upon receiving your delivery.
Cancellation by IN & OUT CARE: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment failures. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Modifications: Contact support immediately if you need to alter shipping or product details. Changes are impossible once an order enters the dispatch stage.
2. Return Eligibility & Process
Eligible for Return (Within 7 Days)
Products can only be returned if they are damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. To qualify:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All original tags, labels, and proof of purchase (Invoice/Order ID) must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Consumable items, healthcare, or personal hygiene products once opened or used.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or missing original packaging/accessories.

3. Refund Timeline & Methods
Processing Time: Once a cancellation is approved or a returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Prepaid Orders: Credits are issued directly to your original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually approved method.
